Refund policy

Trying the Item & Return Window

• Returns are accepted only during courier delivery.
• You must try the item within 5–10 minutes of receiving it.
• If the item is not suitable, you may return it within this time window and only pay the shipping fees.

Courier Departure Notice

• Returns are not available once the courier leaves.
• After the courier departs, the order is considered delivered, and return requests cannot be processed.

Who Pays Shipping?

• For returns: the item must be handed back to the courier within the allowed time.
• For exchanges: you are responsible for the shipping fee (e.g., changing your mind about the color).
• After we receive your returned item, we will send the replacement item, and new shipping fees will apply.

Return Eligibility for Bank Transfer / Online Payment

• For purchases made via bank transfer or online payment, returns are accepted within 14 days.
